Seasonal Classes
Seasonal classes are a great way for Pacific Northwest Pilates to add exciting intensive courses to our regularly offered schedule.
Workshops require filling out our online application and then submitting payment either by calling us with a credit card or mailing a check.
Workshops With Sue
Sue Brantley is a fully certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor, as well as a certified Yoga Instructor. Sue has been trained in all pilates equipment, and has taken many specialized therapeutic courses in both yoga and pilates. Sue is also a certified Yoga for Scoliosis teacher, and has trained in myofascial release techniques. She has taught yoga since 1998 and pilates since 2003. Sue can tailor a program for you using yoga, pilates, myofascial release, or a combination.
Jean Leavenworth will be offering three introductory workshops this Fall in the MELT Hand and Foot treatment. The M.E.L.T. Method® (MELT) is a revolutionary approach to pain-free longevity that helps you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Pilates for Teens
Teens who participate in pilates benefit from enhanced self confidence and self esteem while developing a strong core that compliments any other sport or physical activity.They will gain body awareness, develop focus, relieve stress, and elevate their mood. It will also help to avoid injury in other sports.
In this fun 10-week session, instructor Nina Nakagawa will teach teens teens the five basic principals of STOTT PILATES and the fundamentals of mat and reformer exercises.
For: teens 8th-12th grades
Time: 10 week session Wednesdays, January 11 – March 21 (No class February 1) 4:30pm-5:30pm
Cost: $160
One make-up class is available: Wednesday, Nov 23, 4:30pm-5:30pm

Franklin Method
Traci Culberson is a STOTT PILATES® Instructor, Instructor Trainer STOTT PILATES International, ACE certified and now a certified Level 1 Franklin Method ™ teacher. Join Traci for these Franklin Method workshops to learn new and exciting ideas on how to use imagery to create positive changes in your body. This method uses imagery coupled with movement education to help the body move as it was intended.
