Private Sessions

All new students must take a private session with a fully certified instructor for evaluation/postural analysis before enrolling in group classes or follow-up private sessions. See our introductory specials for new students!

Group classes may be booked online. We will provide access to our online booking system upon completion of the initial evaluation session.

Discounted private sessions with a student trainer

• We have five fabulous student trainers: Teddy, Mandee, Misty, Eileen and Susan
• They have just completed a minimum of 90 hours of mat and reformer training.
• Four private train to teach sessions are available to take each week on:
• Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:30pm-6:25pm and 6:30pm-7:25pm
• Each client will work privately with one apprentice and are monitored, as a group, by a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor

Cost for regular sessions:
Single session: $30
Package of 5 private sessions: $140 ($28/session)
Package of 10 private sessions: $250 ($25/session)
