Private Sessions

Each new client begins their PNWP journey with a personalized assessment, a postural analysis and a conversation about you—past injuries, your body and your goals.

Together, we will map the best place for you to begin. PNWP accommodates a spectrum of options based on your fitness and preferences, with private classes, specialized injury consultation and group classes.

Private Session Choices

Private Instruction

A fully certified Pilates instructor will create a personalized program—whether you’re recovering from an injury or preparing for a marathon. There are more than 500 Pilates exercises that are performed on the mat or on specialized equipment. Every exercise has modifications to challenge or support you at every level. Each class is 60 minutes.

All PNWP instructors have been hand-picked for their credentials, experience, skills and passion for teaching. Take a peek at our instructors.

Semi-private classes may also be arranged.

Injury Consultation

PNWP Owner Melanie Byford-Young, Master STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer, directs the assessment and subsequent in-studio management of people with complex injuries. Her unique insight and perspective is the result of 25 years as a physiotherapist, professional movement specialist and therapeutic Pilates instructor.

Initial consultation is 90 minutes; subsequent sessions are available for either 60- or 90-minute sessions.
