Sue Brantley is a fully certified STOTT PILATES Instructor, as well as a certified Yoga Instructor. Sue has been trained in all pilates equipment, and has taken many specialized therapeutic courses in both yoga and pilates. Sue is also a certified Yoga for Scoliosis teacher, and has trained in myofascial release techniques.
She has taught yoga since 1998 and pilates since 2003. Sue’s extensive movement background includes 15 years as a professional dancer and choreographer, and she studied tai chi and qi-gong for 4 years.
