All new students must take a private session with a fully certified instructor for evaluation/postural analysis before enrolling in group classes. See our introductory specials for new students!
After new students have completed an initial private evaluation session, they may book group classes online. We will provide access to our online booking system upon completion of the initial evaluation session. For information about when classes meet, see the Group Class Schedule.
