Get personal training with an
apprentice STOTT PILATES®
instructor at reduced rates!

Pacific NW Pilates has created a special program to offer top-notch personal training at fees that are half off our normal personal session rates.  This program pairs students with apprentice instructors who have completed at least 90 hours of mat and reformer education and teach under the supervision of a senior STOTT PILATES instructor.

How the program works

• All students who are new to Pacific NW Pilates must first schedule a private session with a fully certified instructor so we can evaluate their needs and help develop a program.  This is our studio policy for all classes – not just those taught by apprentices.


• Apprentices are scheduled to teach private sessions from 5:30pm-6:30pm and from 6:30pm-7:30pm every Monday and Wednesday evening. (Times may vary due to studio schedule)
  
  
• Apprentice private-session programs are scheduled during specific ten-week or 20-week timeframes. 
  
  
• Sessions do not need to be booked consecutively. In other words you can take a week or two off as needed based on your schedule.
  
  
• All sessions are one-hour long and are comprised of mat and reformer exercises.
  
  
• Students may pre-book as many sessions as they have purchased.
  
  
• There may be up to five apprentices teaching at one time under the supervision of a senior instructor trainer.
  
  
• Students may be paired with a new apprentice instructor for each session.
