Pacific NW Pilates offers private and small group classes for adults of every age and fitness level at our Portland studio. Classes include STOTT PILATES® with floor mats and equipment, yoga, and special interest topics related to fitness and injury prevention.

Our studio is filled with instructors who love helping people and are proud to be part of an elite network of fitness experts. We work together to create an environment that is warm, welcoming and focused on education and fitness. Our clients are normal people with busy lives – just like you – who need better ways to improve their health.

Pacific NW Pilates is STOTT PILATES’ Licensed Training Center for Oregon and Washington. Our superb Instructor Trainers are at the forefront of pilates and rehabilitation education and they teach throughout the U.S. and abroad in addition to working with fitness clients in our Portland studio every day.

Every instructor at our studio has been trained or hand-picked by our Instructor Trainers. All instructors complete on-going training every year and we are constantly sharing information and ideas to ensure that every client who walks through the door gets the best care possible.

We can assist with conditioning and injury prevention.

We work with professional dancers, athletes and everyday people who have specific goals related to conditioning, injury prevention and recovery (in conjunction with treatment from a medical professional, of course).  STOTT PILATES is one of the few fitness methods designed to address these needs and Pacific NW Pilates is one of the only studios in the U.S. to offer specialized courses for medical professionals who want to use pilates in clinical settings focused on injury rehabilitation and therapeutic conditioning.
