It sounds like you are discovering some very cool things! I will have to check that out with some of my clients. I know for myself, having a pelvic rotation, that a lot of the issues seem to stem from funky ankle alignment too. I will have to check the TFL recruitment as well and see if that helps. Doing footwork in the sleeper position with the foot centered well on a weighted ball really helps me to find the right hip muscles and corrects some of my ankle issues.</description>
