		<description>Indeed, the best thing here is to perform a warm up exercise, and during the gardening exercise, try to keep your back straight and do smooth movements to avoid injury.
Only doing this, there should be no problem, even for people who have had previous injuries!
And it will be also highly recommendable to so some stretching at the end of the exercise (here, gardening).
