		<description>The reason I love Pilates is the very fact that I must concentrate on it completely while doing each class.  I can&#039;t think about anything else, or I simply can not do any of the movements correctly.   It is certainly a great way to get your mind focused on things other than day to day problems at work or at home.  The only down side to this are the days (which we all have) when the concentration is just not there and it feels like nothing is moving &quot;right&quot;.  But overall, I love Pilates because it&#039;s not a mindless exercise, it requires active mental participation too.  

Of course, I have a wonderful instructor too (that helps tremendously).</description>
